G E L G É I S NO IMAGE / COMING SOON _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
The lovely sun was setting to the west and she was moving through an open field, head held rather high up as she looked about and green eyes open to take in the beauty. Yes, this land was quite nice and she wasn't biased by any means. The evening breeze was already rustling over her fur, tickling her across her body. Hanging from her body was a bag that seemed rather full and made some sounds like rocks in there, though she knew that there was more in there.
Shaking her red body, she smiled before finally coming to a stop near what appeared to be a small field creek. It was only a few inches wide, but flowed nicely and enough to get something to drink. Taking off her bag, she hid it in a thicket of weeds before she drank some of the water, lifting her snout at the scent of something. "That is sage." She said to herself before she began padding around the area, sniffing the ground until she found the lot of it. "Oh, how lovely." The she-wolf said, grabbing it and quickly pulling it up to add to her collection, roots and all.

Cerridwen needed to be the best, it was something her mother had carved into her soul. To be the best Cerridwen was always working, always hunting and striving to be a perfect example. She was a perfect lady, respectable and graceful, everything a lady should be. She didn't accept failure, she refused to be mediocre. Her silky snow fur gleamed in the setting sun, warming her pelt as the weather grew cooler. Spring was still fighting to banish winter from the land. Plants were pushing through the ground, some already starting to flower. Blistering Sun was a beautiful territory, filled with so many wondrous views.
Cerridwen was out patrolling the territory when something interesting caught her eyes. Cerridwen immediately altered her path as a red femme came into view on the horizon. The fur along her spine rose in distaste, a trespasser!! Her eyes narrowed as she picked up her pace, heading towards the intruder. Who would dare trespass on Blistering Sun territory?! The nerve!!
"Hello!" Cerridwen called as she drew closer. While her voice may have been light and sweet there was a bite to it. This wolf was a trespasser and she was a model warrior, trespassers could not be tolerated.

Yes, this sage would do nicely with her collection and she smiled as she placed it in her bag that was near the creek. Looking about, she lifted her snout once more into the air and sniffed. At the moment, the wind did not carry on it any more scents and she let out a sigh and grabbed the bag, putting it back across her body to begin walking again. Leaping over the creek gracefully, she continued her walk through this land. She seemed to have a high step about her, green eyes bright as she looked about.
She had just spotted another possible plant, though this one was a little less friendly. Lily of the Valley... It looked just like a particular plant that was a treat for many, but she knew the signs. However, she was stopped in grabbing it when a scent came to her nostrils, one belonging to another and she heard the sound of someone calling out to her as she turned her head. "Hello!" The voice of the she-wolf seemed pleasant enough, but she wondered.
"Well, hello there." She said in her pleasant voice as she turned to look at the other. "Can I help ye?" The she-wolf asked the other as she tilted her head towards her.

Cerridwen came to a slow stop a few body lengths from the strange femme. Did she not know that she was trespassing? How had she missed the scent markers? They were updated multiple times a day how could one miss such a thing. She chuckled lightly the sound seeming to float on the air. "Perhaps I should be asking you that question since this is Blistering Sun land." Her smile was sweet as her seafoam eyes burned into the female in front of her. Was this female naive to the ways of the world or was she purposely trespassing on claimed territory?
"Although I can't fault you for trespassing, these lands are the most beautiful." Cerridwen laughed again doing her best to stay polite. She couldn't stand incompetence or willful ignorance. Perhaps the beautiful femme intended to join or was simply collecting plants? Herbs perhaps? Either way Cerridwen couldn't just leave her to her own devices, now that Cerridwen had spotted her there were few options left. Either she had to chase the trespasser off the land, politely escort her out of the territory, or bring her to Idalia to join the pack.

Did the she-wolf know that she had come onto lands claimed by another? Yes, she did know this, but her face remained completely blank in that regard as she looked at the other wolf in her blissful way. Green orbs stared back into the seafoam eyes of the other, her smile plastered upon her face, tail swaying back and forth slightly as she stood there. "Perhaps I should be asking you that question since this is Blistering Sun land." A shocked look came upon her face as she looked about the land around them and then glanced innocently at her bag. "My apologies," She said in her accented voice. "I was so keen on findin' herbs I dinna take in the scent of anything else." She said in her accent voice as she stood there looking at the other she-wolf.
"Although I can't fault you for trespassing, these lands are the most beautiful." The she-wolf looked about her again before allowing her eyes to come back to the seafoam ones of the other. "Aye, I agree with ye, lass... It also has many assortments of herbs and plants that can be used in many ways... Such as this wee one... Lily of the Valley... It makes for a lovely scent to be worn by others." As well as to be used as a poison. Using her paws to touch the leaves gently and cause some of the white flowers to bobble slightly. "I also found a wee patch of sage as well, I hope ye dinna mind, but I took a wee bit... Tis good for healing problems with the stomach."

Cerridwen held in a harsh snort at the other femme's shock. This female was either stupid or knew exactly what she had done. It was clear that the trespasser was from a far off land, her accent alone was enough to give that away. The stranger looked around, surveying the territory with a calm manner. How confident the trespasser must be to take their eyes off of a stranger.
"Aye, I agree with ye, lass... It also has many assortments of herbs and plants that can be used in many ways... Such as this wee one... Lily of the Valley... It makes for a lovely scent to be worn by others." At the femme's words Cerridwen laughed heartily. Her mother was a witch Cerridwen was intimate with many herbs even if she didn't want to be. It was learn or die and Cerridwen had chosen life. Her mother had only valued power and knowledge, had Cerridwen failed her in any way she would meet the same ill fate as her other siblings.
"Lily of the Valley is also a deadly poison, or perhaps you didn't know? It's used in many of my sister's spells, my mother was also very fond of it." There was a challenge in Cerridwen's words but no forward aggression. Perhaps this trespasser wasn't even worth bringing in front of her alphess. Blistering Sun didn't need an extra mouth to feed if they weren't going to pull their own weight.
"It is not for me to say if you can take the herbs or not. My alphess would be better at answering such questions. Perhaps you would like to meet her? It's that or I escort you out of the territory." Cerridwen smiled sweetly as she dug her claws into the earth before retracting them again, it was a habit that her mother had never been able to break.

The she-wolf smiled at the other, her green eyes content to no show anything of who she was. Her mind touched the inner-mind softly, wanting to gain foresight. 'No! You will stay hidden.' The she-wolf mentally growled at herself as she waited to see what the other might say or do. As she spoke of Lily of the Valley, the sound of laughter made her tilt her head in her sweet amusement. Her expression did not change, though her eyes lite up in fascination of the other. "Lily of the Valley is also a deadly poison, or perhaps you didn't know? It's used in many of my sister's spells, my mother was also very fond of it." A smile formed across her face.
"Oh aye, I ken that lass... From the ugly roots to the bright red berries, and the bonny flowers... So easily mistaken by some for wood garlic." She said to the she-wolf, green eyes bright with wonder to see what else this she-wolf might say next. It was so nice to find another who knew plants and herbs. "Me ma and da were both healers for the pack I was born into."
"It is not for me to say if you can take the herbs or not. My alphess would be better at answering such questions. Perhaps you would like to meet her? It's that or I escort you out of the territory." Tilting her head slightly, she looked at the she-wolf for a moment before she nodded her head.
"Aye, lass. I'd like it very much to meet ye're alpha." She didn't look back at the plant, remembering clearly where it was for future reference as she put her paw down on the ground from where it had been touching the plant.

kenaiwolf This stranger was interesting, she sounded different than those she had previously interacted with. Cerridwen knew the Wildwood was vast, practically endless. Perhaps this femme was from one of the hidden corners of the Wildwood. Cerridwen nodded with a polite smile. "My name is Cerridwen, I'm a warrior of Blistering Sun, the pack that has claimed this land." Cerridwen flicked her tail in the direction they would be heading, towards the mountain and the shadow it cast on the endless plains. Perhaps this stranger was looking for more than herbs. "Are you looking for a pack to join perhaps?" Cerridwen asked with a quick glance over her shoulder to ensure the stranger was following. Cerridwen had a vague idea of where Idalia would be at this time of day.

The she-wolf began to follow the other, her stunning green eyes surveying the land as they moved about the area. She seemed to move with an upbeat like trot, her manner rather care-free. Maybe it was because she was hiding something from the others? It was possible, indeed, but she did not plan on telling them that. No, that would be pointless. Letting them know all her secrets when she did not know them from Adam. No, she would keep her secrets to herself and play the blissful she-wolf that she had played for a very long time.
"My name is Cerridwen, I'm a warrior of Blistering Sun, the pack that has claimed this land." The she-wolf smiled at the other as they moved, her eyes catching the mountain as he drew closer and closer to them. "Ye can call me Gelgéis if ye'd like." She said, stopping in their walk to investigate some moss that grew on a near tree. After investigating for just a moment, she used her paw to scrape some away, stuffing it in her bag before she rejoined the other. "Sorry, but moss has good uses, ye kin?"
Green eyes returned to searching the area as they walked, her smile never leaving her face for a moment, eyes alight with what appeared to be wonder and awe. "Are you looking for a pack to join perhaps?" Gelgéis looked at the other for a moment before she returned to her surveying of the land. "I'm not really lookin', Lass... But, if I happen to find a place that I'm welcomed, I might stay... I only recently left my birth pack."
